Dr Seuss Character drawing of A Bear. Rather he was inventing a species all his own or simply drawing those that already existed, Dr Seuss did it with a great deal of imagination, as can be seen in this character drawing of a bear wearing what appears to be a night gown. The dedication says “Best Wishes from Dr. Seuss,” showing the care the good doctor had for all his fans. This piece measures 5" x 4" while the frame measures 13.5" x 12.75". Price is reflective of the art only--the piece comes with the frame pictured. There is no change in price due to the frame--it can be de-framed upon request at purchase, but it will not change the price of the piece. There is evidence of slight handling as there is the slightest fold just above 'Best' that runs diagonally upward toward the right corner. It is only visible upon close inspection..
