This is from the scene where he is getting frustrated how the rehearsal is going and she says: "Look Charlie, let's face it: We all know that Christmas is a big commercial racquet…it's run by an Eastern Syndicate…" and this specific scene appears at 15:43 in the film.
This is a classic confrontation between these two, with Lucy giving advice and Charlie staring blankly at her.
This is a 4 cel set-up.

There is evidence of a staple hole in the extreme lower left hand corner of each cel, and can easily be matted out..
